<p><a target="_blank" href="http://www.artistdirect.com/artist/backstreet-boys/568035">Backstreet Boys</a> are back, and they&#8217;re ready for pop supremacy once more. Most likely, girls worldwide are already rejoicing at just the thought of their new album <i>This Is Us</i> dropping on October 6th, 2009. However, they&#8217;ve also got a massive jaunt planned as well.</p>
<p>Right now, everyone&#8217;s favorite pop group is rehearsing pretty hardcore in a Los Angeles rehearsal studio for what&#8217;s bound to be their most epic and bombastic tour yet. <a target="_blank" href="http://www.artistdirect.com/entertainment-news/article/interview-backstreet-boys/6100480">AJ McLean</a> took some time to talk to ARTISTdirect.com about what&#8217;s on his iPod right now though. It&#8217;s very surprising.</p>
<p>Check out AJ&#8217;s playlist below and catch the Backstreet Boys soon…</p>
<p>They&#8217;re baaaackkkk…</p>
<p><B>AJ McLean&#8217;s Playlist:</b></p>
<p>1. <a target="_blank" href="http://www.artistdirect.com/artist/hollywood-undead/3599746">Hollywood Undead</a> — &#8220;Everywhere I Go&#8221;</p>
<p>I just heard a song last night that I&#8217;d never heard before, but I&#8217;m obsessed with it now. The song is Hollywood Undead&#8217;s &#8220;Everywhere I Go.&#8221; Dude, check it out! It&#8217;s amazing. On the chorus it talks about <a target="_blank" href="http://www.artistdirect.com/nad/store/movies/principal/0,,1988489,00.html">Charlie Sheen</a>&#8217;s little weenie and how he loves to show it to everyone &#91;Laughs&#93;. Oh my God, this song is freaking brilliant! That is my new favorite thing right now.<br />
<span id="more-647"></span><br />
2.	<a target="_blank" href="http://www.artistdirect.com/artist/stevie-wonder/511348">Stevie Wonder</a></p>
<p>3.	<a target="_blank" href="http://www.artistdirect.com/artist/creedence-clearwater-revival/418513">Creedence Clearwater Revival</a></p>
<p>4.	<a target="_blank" href="http://www.artistdirect.com/nad/music/artist/card/0,,461252.,00.html">Lynyrd Skynyrd</a></p>
<p>I&#8217;m listening to a lot of older stuff like Stevie, Creedence Clear Water Revival, a little bit of Skynyrd here and there.</p>
<p>5. <a target="_blank" href="http://www.artistdirect.com/artist/flo-rida/4208278">Flo Rida</a></p>
<p>6. Backstreet Boys — <i>This Is Us</i></p>
<p>I&#8217;m listening to our new album, just to get familiar with it. I don&#8217;t always listen to our albums but I&#8217;m trying to get to know it for the tour&#8217;s sake.</p>
<p>7. <a target="_blank" href="http://www.artistdirect.com/nad/music/artist/card/0,,464329.,00.html">Massive Attack</a></p>
<p>I am a huge fan of Massive Attack too. I&#8217;m all over the map!</p>

<p>Rapper <a target="_blank" href= http://www.artistdirect.com/nad/music/artist/card/0,,4208278,00.html>Flo Rida</a> is on top of the world. Having beat his own damn record for most digital single sales in a week with last year&#8217;s bumpin&#8217; anthem <a target="_blank" href="http://www.artistdirect.com/nad/window/media/page/video/0,,4545127,00.html">&#8220;Low&#8221;</a> from <a target="_blank" href=" http://www.artistdirect.com/nad/store/artist/album/0,,4556248,00.html"><i>Mail on Sunday</i></a> with <a target="_blank" href="http://www.artistdirect.com/nad/window/media/page/listen/0,,4941940,00.html">&#8220;Right Round&#8221;</a> from his forthcoming platter <i>R.O.O.T.S.</i></a>, Flo has positioned himself as a major player in the hip-hop sphere. </p>
<p>His two singles even sold more individually than the super anticipated comeback track from <a target="_blank" href=" http://www.artistdirect.com/nad/music/artist/card/0,,715132,00.html">Eminem</a>, making Flo the record holder, something which he is proud of but not cocky about. (When asked about how he felt about the achievement, he uttered, &#8220;I was like, &#8216;Wow!&#8217;&#8221;) Despite the fact that everyone and their mother is cranking Flo jams, we decided to check in with Flo himself, who sports tattooed likenesses of <a target="_blank" href="http://www.artistdirect.com/nad/music/artist/card/0,,443156,00.html">Jimi Hendrix</a>, <a target="_blank" href="http://www.artistdirect.com/nad/music/artist/card/0,,408807,00.html">James Brown</a> and <a target="_blank" href="http://www.artistdirect.com/nad/music/artist/card/0,,503829,00.html">Tina Turner</a> on his person, to find out what&#8217;s on top of <i>his</i> personal playlist.<br />
<span id="more-130"></span><br />
Check out Flo Rida&#8217;s playlist below, and don&#8217;t forget to check out his latest album <i>R.O.O.T.S.</i> when it hits shelves this spring.</p>
<p><b>Flo Rida&#8217;s Playlist:</b></p>
<p>1. <a target="_blank" href="http://www.artistdirect.com/nad/music/artist/card/0,,394931,00.html">2Pac</a> — <a target="_blank" href="http://www.artistdirect.com/nad/store/artist/album/0,,204577,00.html"><i>Me Against the World</i></a> </p>
<p>2. <a target="_blank" href="http://www.artistdirect.com/nad/music/artist/card/0,,2829389,00.html">Young Jeezy</a> — <a target="_blank" href="http://www.artistdirect.com/nad/store/artist/album/0,,4711997,00.html"><i>The Recession</i></a> </p>
<p>3. Flo Rida — <i>R.O.O.T.S.</i></p>
<p>About his own forthcoming album, <i>R.O.O.T.S.</i>, he comments, &#8220;People haven&#8217;t got it yet, obviously, but I am listening to mine, so I can remember the lyrics when I am performing!&#8221; </p>
<p>4. <a target="_blank" href="http://www.artistdirect.com/nad/music/artist/card/0,,476050,00.html">Outkast</a> — <a target="_blank" href="http://www.artistdirect.com/nad/store/artist/album/0,,370054,00.html"><i>Aquemeni</i></a> </p>
<p>5. <a target="_blank" href="http://www.artistdirect.com/nad/music/artist/card/0,,474137,00.html">NOTORIOUS B.I.G.</a> — <a target="_blank" href="http://www.artistdirect.com/nad/store/artist/album/0,,3821603,00.html"><i>Ready to Die</i></a></p>
<p> Flo saw the movie, <a target="_blank" href="http://www.artistdirect.com/nad/store/movies/title/0,,4388497,00.html"><i>Notorious</i></a>, which was about the slain rapper’s life, and enjoyed it, saying, &#8220;I know some people had problems with the movie, since they were close to the situation, but I liked it a lot.&#8221;</p>
