“I’ve been recording a lot lately. I just opened this institution in Nashville, and I’ve been producing records and listening to a lot of artists that I’m producing. There’s this goth punk named Mildred and a girl Michelle Gonyay, who’s an accordion player. I’ve been playing drums behind her. I can only listen to music I’m working on. I can’t listen to anything else because I don’t want to copy it.”
