Halestorm frontwoman Lzzy Hale gives us an exclusive look at her playlist…
A Taste:
Heaven & Hell, Metallica, Alice In Chains, Alice Cooper
It’s been awhile since rock n’ roll had a leading lady.
However, Lzzy Hale has arrived. The Halestorm frontwoman has got more attitude than most of her male counterparts, but she’s easily rock’s sexiest starlet right now. With a combination of passion and presence, Lzzy’s churns out catchy, anthemic rock without any pretense or put-ons. It’s old fashioned and raw sonic ass-kicking.
Lzzy’s also got great taste in tunes. She shared her playlist with us in this exclusive feature. Check it out below!
Lzzy Hale’s Playlist:
1. Metallica — Death Magnetic
2. Heaven & Hell — The Devil You Know
I’ve listened to this like 50 times straight!
3. Sevendust
4. Alice In Chains

Incubus frontman Brandon Boyd opens up his iTunes and gives us a look at what he’s spinning…
A Taste:
And You Will Know Us By the Trail of Dead, Beirut, Jeff Buckley, PJ Harvey
“Eclectic” doesn’t even begin to describe Incubus. The SoCal alt rock luminaries still crank out a catchy combination of hard rock and funk with a whole lot of soul. Since S.C.I.E.N.C.E., Incubus have always surprised listeners.
So it makes sense that singer Brandon Boyd’s playlist is all over the map. He opened up his iTunes for us and gave us an exclusive look at what rocks his world.
Check out Brandon’s playlist below and check out Incubus’ collection of rarities and B-Sides Monuments & Melodies on June 16!
Brandon Boyd’s Playlist:
1. And You Will Know Us By the Trail of Dead — “Giants Causeway”
This is the first song on their newest album, and it’s an amazing song to enter a room filled with Dignitaries to—preferably wearing a cape made of velvet. I just saw them in LA, and the show almost melted my face off.
2. Band of Horses — “The First Song”

Denis Leary opens up his iTunes and gives us an exclusive look at what he’s spinning…
A Taste:
The Gutter Twins, The Clash, Mark Lanegan & Isobel Campbell
Denis Leary has got a lot on his mind at any given time. Between his Rescue Me duties (writing, producing and acting) and bringing comedy to the masses across America on his headlining tours, the legendary comic/actor/writer has got his hands full. However, he still manages to immerse himself in as much music as he possibly can.
Right now, his playlist is completely devoted to Rescue Me. “Of course we’ve got some great music on the new episodes,” laughs Leary with a big grin. “One of my favorite things about doing Rescue Me is finding the music. Most of my playlist is stuff that we’re using or considering for the show. I listen to it when we’re choosing shots or while I’m driving.”
He shared his playlist with us in this exclusive feature. Check out what Denis Leary is spinning below and don’t miss him in Rescue Me and Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs (July 4th).
Denis Leary’s Playlist:
1. Greg Dulli
