Andy Samberg of Saturday Night Live doesn’t rely strictly on the televised medium to make people laugh. His hilarious, musical digital shorts on SNL, such as the viral, white hip-hop romp “Lazy Sunday” from a few years back and the equally hysterical “Dick in a Box” jam with Justin Timberlake spurned he and his writing cohorts to release an album under the moniker The Lonely Island. The Island even duets with T-Pain on their debut, Incredibad.

If that’s not enough, Samberg is also starring in the hilarious comedy, I Love You, Man, alongside Paul Rudd. In between all of their comic exploits, we chatted with Andy and Lonely Island about what rocks their worlds. My Chemical Romance’s Frank Iero may specialize in dark, brooding and bombastic alt rock, but he’s got a soulful side. A look at the My Chem axe man’s iTunes playlist reveals that he’s really into Otis Redding and Percy Sledge. That might be hard to believe when you crank My Chem or Frank’s horrorcore side project, Leathermouth, nevertheless, the man has a very diverse taste in tunes.

Rapper and “hit” man Flo Rida offers up his playlist to us in this exclusive feature

Rapper Flo Rida is on top of the world. Having beat his own damn record for most digital single sales in a week with last year’s bumpin’ anthem “Low” from Mail on Sunday with “Right Round” from his forthcoming platter R.O.O.T.S., Flo has positioned himself as a major player in the hip-hop sphere.

His two singles even sold more individually than the super anticipated comeback track from Eminem, making Flo the record holder, something which he is proud of but not cocky about. (When asked about how he felt about the achievement, he uttered, “I was like, ‘Wow!’”) Despite the fact that everyone and their mother is cranking Flo jams, we decided to check in with Flo himself, who sports tattooed likenesses of Jimi Hendrix, James Brown and Tina Turner on his person, to find out what’s on top of his personal playlist.
